How to make your rental application the best and standout and be as impressive as possible

Here are some tips that make the difference between applications that have a very good chance and those that do not.   

·        Application that have been completed perfectly and completely the first time. This includes all information requested on EACH and EVERY individual that will be residing at the property.  

·        Copies of ALL ID’s attached TO the application

·        The ability to PROMPTLY pay for the Bond and the required rent in advance.

·        The ability to have all interested parties attend the inspection

·        Our investigations satisfy me that rent will be maintained well in advance at ALL times

·        Pets are not discriminated against, but in some situations the owner or the Bylaws will not tolerate them. If we don’t need to fuss around with this, that is a bonus.

·        Demonstrating that you understand our preference is to contact us via an email, not TEXTS.

·        Demonstrating you understand that maintenance requests are to be clearly explained and only via EMAIL. (If it is a very urgent, after hours matter and we haven’t responded within 15 minutes to your email, a phone call would be acceptable)
